Entirely refurbished, quite clean home with perspectives of water in all directions.
One bed room with queen, living room sofa changes to 2 doubles, boathouse studio/2 twins.
Living room/kitchen with brick fireplace.
Deck off dining space encounters a creek with citizen herons, & the covered front veranda encounters bay, ocean, & lagoon.
Boathouse loft space is one huge space for studio use (tarpaulins & easels offered), unwinding, & / or resting.

Water:.
To the east-quiet cove with cobble coastline & little waves ~ ~ distant, the bay with islands and our closest next-door neighbors, harbor seals that sun themselves on the rocks.
To the north and west-tidal swimming pools and creeks run with cranberry bogs, the home of deer & a multitude of birds.
To the south-several hundred acres of protected shallows, ideal for silent and beachcombing; beyond is the open Atlantic, Half Moon Lighthouse, and much more seals compared to you can count.
Our lane finishes as a boat ramp into the bay.
Kayaks for guests to with the use of in the shallows.
All shops and services in surrounding towns, Shelburne & Barrington Passage, 20 mins away.

Obtaining there:.
The Novastar trip ship leaves from Portland, Maine in early night arriving inYarmouth, NS in the early morning.
From Halifax or the airport terminal: Rt 103 to Leave 28 (between Shelburne & Barrington).
From United States: Cross Canadian perimeter at Calais, Maine to St. John's, New Brunswick for the ferry to Digby, which is regarding an hour away.
Pet dogs are allowed to stay in your auto for the going across which is 3 hrs.
Fly to Halifax, 2 1/2 humans resources to home.

Rental fee:.
$850/week, $800 for extra weeks.
Sat to Sat (10:00 check out, 3:00 check in) in the summertime. Linens & towels consisted of.
