Repurposing or upcycling, whichever term you prefer to use, this is both of those terms at its best!! This dining table is fashioned from a 1968 CCM womens Cougar bike. The table top is made from two antique barn shutters which I have covered in an original acrylic painting titled "May Flowers". You can eat on this painting though as it has been coated with a few coats of polycrylic!! I call my pieces "Functional Art". This very original table is a nineteen68 Designs signature piece and definitely a conversation starter!!
